We are so excited that you have considered opening a store in The Online Mall. If you have not already, we encourage you to view THE S.T.O.W. OVERVIEW for more details.
Although signing up, and taking out space in the S.T.O.W. makes you an automatic affiliate and friend, your business is still your sole responsibility. It is your responsibility to make sure you are operating under any license or permits needed for your products and services as required in your area. The S.T.O.W. does not collect any fees on your transactions, and has no financial interest in your sales. All money paid to the S.T.O.W. for your lease and other services are billed completely separate. We do not monitor your compliance in any of the above areas. Please note that you are not an Employee (W-2), or Contracted Worker (1099) of The S.T.O.W. or E. Farley Productions®. We do not collect state or federal tax information for reporting on behalf of your business transactions. PayPal, however will provide you a monthly statement of sales. The relationship between The S.T.O.W. / EFARLEY Productions® and Store Owners, is Customer and Merchant. It is also your responsibility to have a workable business plan that will ensure all customers will receive products and services as described in your store, once payment has been received.

Store owners must possess or prepare to sign up for a "Business" PayPal account. All financial transactions on The S.T.O.W. are completed via PayPal. (Note) Field number one is for the PayPal account email used to receive customer payments. Field number two, is where your monthly invoice and all communications from the S.T.O.W. will be sent. You are welcome to use the same email account in both fields. However, all communication, and materials from the S.T.O.W. will only be sent to the email address in field #2.
As a Store Owner on the Online Mall, your Customers have access to our Customer Service Center for support. Although we do not make resolutions on your behalf, we can serve as a liaison between yourself and the customer if you do not wish to publicize your contact information.

Store owners are allowed to request a specific location in the mall if it is available. Store owners can also list preferences (Example) "Do not place my store next to a similar business." We cannot guarantee that all preferences will be met. However, we will make every effort to accommodate. Please list any store number or preferences you may have in the field below.
You will need to create a password to access your store while it is in the process of being designed. You will also use this password to access The Business Center, where you can edit your store, and create promotional tools for your business.
